CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

1. The cancellation conditions are valid from the day on which CLUB EPO-SKI receives the application form.
2. A cancellation confirmed in writing more than 30 days before departure will surrender the deposit.
3. When the date of cancellation occurs between the 30th day and the eighth day (inclusive) before the day of departure, each participant is liable to CLUB EPO-SKI for 75 % of the full holiday costs.
4. When the date of cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the date of departure, each participant is liable to CLUB EPO-SKI for the full holiday costs.
5. Cancellation on the day of departure or later, each participant is liable to CLUB EPO- SKI for the full holiday amount.
6. CLUB EPO-SKI must be notified immediately in writing of any cancellation.
7. Cancellation is effective from the date of receipt of written notification by CLUB EPO-SKI.
