SKIING ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL: For those of you who want to get out on the slopes immediately on arrival - Saturday 2 March 2024 - will have to buy a ski pass for the remainder of that day.
The 7-day ski lift pass, which is of course inclusive, will be distributed during the evening meal on Saturday 2 March 2024.

ORGANISATION SKI TRIP:
Each day our own CLUB EPO-SKI BUS will take you to the slope. The travelling distance varies from 15/20 to 50/60 minutes. On the eve of each day we will go over the ski region’s possibilities with you.
Everyone is supposed to be on their skis about 09:30 hrs., upon which you can go as you please as the day progresses. So, it is up to you to decide whether you join one of our guides or not. You are expected to be back at the meeting point between 16:30 hrs - 17:00 hrs.
Accesible ski areas with our own CLUB EPO-SKI BUS !
The ski resorts WITHIN a 15 km radius of the hotel Stolz can be reached by either the hotel bus ( which will also pick you up when required with a simple telephone call !), alternatively, you can also make use of the CLUB EPO-SKI bus. For the ski resorts OUTWITH the 15 km radius of the Hotel Stolz, you can make use of our own CLUB EPO-SKI bus. ( subject to change )
* SCHLICK 2000 - The distance from the hotel Stolz to this ski resort is 12 km. 13 lifts, nice ski resort, but brisk, so ideally suited as a warming-up
* PATSCHERKOFEL INNSBRUCK - the distance from the hotel Stolz to this resort is 30 km. The Olympic and world-cup Mountain. An international venue, providing fantastic facilities.
* AXAMER LIZUM - the distance from the Hotel Stolz to this resort is 35 km. Altitude: 1540-2340 m. Skiing in one of the most beautiful ski areas.
* STUBAIER GLACIER - The distance from the hotel Stolz to this resort is 38 km. A top address for glacier skiing in the Alps. 26 cable cars and lifts - 110 km of slopes.
* KÜHTAI - HOCHOETZ - The distance from the hotel Stolz to this resort is 50 km. Perfectly groomed slopes and for all levels available.
* BERGERALM - The distance from the hotel Stolz to this resort is 5 km. Here you also find one of the most spectacular slopes of Austria, the “ Manni Pranger Slope”, the steepest downhill of Austria ! There is even the Noah’s funpark for kids, offering jumps, rails, boxes and corners for the little ones.

THE ABOVE TIMETABLE IS BASED ON THE ASSUMPTION THAT THERE WILL BE NO UPSETS. FOR INSTANCE, IN THE UNFORESEEN EVENT THAT THE WEATHER IS GOING TO PLAY HAVOC, IN THE LOWER REGIONS THAT WOULD BE, OR ANY OTHER UPSET BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE SHALL FORCED TO ALTER THE PROGRAMME FOR ANY GIVEN DAY(S). SHOULD THIS HAVE TO BE SO, WE SHALL INFORM YOU OF THIS IN AMPLE TIME, AT THE LATEST THE NIIGHT BEFORE.

SKI HIRE:
we draw your attention to the fact that packages deals for ski hire and ski lessons are not possible for this trip. They have to be arranged individually and on the spot. When in Mühlbachl / Hotel Stolz: contact your CLUB EPO-SKI host.

The ski trip to Mühlbachl am Brenner, travel code AT-01-2024 will only go ahead subject to a minimum of 24 participants. CLOSING DATE FOR BOOKINGS: 15 DECEMBER 2023. DON’T WAIT TOO LONG, AS WE EXPECTING A VERY LARGE RESPONSE TO THIS TRIP IN 2024 !

04 - For every booking a deposit of €300,- PER PERSON is required.
05 - When making reservations for a CLUB EPO-SKI wintersport trip, NO BOOKING NOR ADMINISTRATION FEES will be charged.
06 - Membership fee = € 15,- per person. CHILDREN up to and including 10 years = € 10,-
07 - All persons on booking a CLUB EPO-SKI trip are STRONGLY ADVISED TO INSURE AGAINST CANCELLATION COSTS.
08 - DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Anyone who requires special dietary arrangements should stipulate this clearly on the booking form (see box dietary requirements).

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT:
01 - The cancellation conditions are valid from the day on which CLUB EPO-SKI receives the application form ( booking form ).
02 - A cancellation confirmed in writing more than 30 days before departure will surrender the deposit.
03 - When the date of cancellation occurs between the 30th day and the eighth day( inclusive) before the date of departure, each participant is liable to CLUB EPO-SKI for 75% of the full holiday costs.
04 - When the date of cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the date of departure, each participant is liable to CLUB EPO-SKI for the full holiday costs.
05 - Cancellation on the day of departure or later, each participant is liable to CLUB EPO-SKI for the full holiday amount.
06 - CLUB EPO-SKI must be notified immediately in writing of any cancellation.
07 - Cancellation is effective from the date of receipt of written notification by CLUB EPO-SKI.
